About the Author

Carmen Shenk is a retired pastry chef/restaurant owner who has lived with her husband and their dog in 125 square feet with no loft. They have been “partially off-grid” since the fall of 2014. On her blog, Tiny House Foodie, Carmen demonstrates how cooking can still be a joy in a small space.
